Betty and Mo Klucker visited the Lion Brand Outlet Store in Carlstadt, NJ.
The Lion Brand Outlet Store is a huge store for closeouts and discontinued yarns, and we always find some unusual items that you can’t find in stores. There are also some new items and some great color selection. It’s basically yarn heaven.
You can watch the video of Betty and Mo walking around the store with owner Jack Blumenthal, and you can see what a gracious host he was and how proud he is of his business and store. We had a wonderful time and we will be sure to be back.
We were most interested in the Ferris Wheel yarn. I bought four of them to work Invisible Woman hats with, and I found a ball in the mill ends. We also love Landscapes and the packs of three landscapes in Rose was the Weekly Wow for $5. Impossible to pass up!! Marianne really likes the cone yarns and picked up another incredible find for I thin, $5.
My only regret is not trying a ball or two of the Yarnado. It looks interesting.
