No Two 6-Day Kid Blankets are Alike!
The best thing about the 6 Day Kid Blanket crochet pattern is its versatility. The stitches take on a completely different look when crocheters change colors on different rows. Popular stripes have names – Vivid Chevrons (the original), The Snowflake Effect (a favorite), Viral Stripes, Australian Confetti (aka Sweetheart), and the Popsicle Effect.
We have new patterns with two new stripes – they are the Ridgy Didge and the Tranquility Stripe.
The Ridgy Didge uses post stitches to create a textured ridge between the double crochet rows. The Tranquility Stripe is a drama-free adaptation of the 6-Day Kid Blanket that eliminates the chevron.
