Exclusive Pattern Variation

Betty McKnit and Juniper Moon Farm have come together to create an exclusive 6-Day Superstar pattern variation using Cirrus Rainbow. This version is similar to the original 6-Day Superstar Blanket pattern, but will give instructions for using 6 balls of Cirrus Rainbow to make a 55″ blanket. Betty has designed a special new border edge for this crochet along!

Frequently Asked Questions

The 6-Day Superstar Blanket is EASY, but it is not a BEGINNER pattern. The pattern and video tutorials assume you already know how to ch, sc, dc, hdc, and work in the round. Learn those basic crochet skills first, and then practice on a Granny Square or the original 6-Day Star Blanket. Once you feel comfortable making a Granny Square, you can try the 6-Day Star or Superstar. Connect with other crocheters through your local yarn store or online who can help and encourage you through the project.

Yes, you can use a different yarn than Juniper Moon Farm Cirrus Rainbow. If you are making a substitution, you may want to follow the original 6-Day Superstar blanket pattern. Only blankets made with Juniper Moon Farm or another KFI yarn will be eligible for our giveaway.

You are welcome to come to the crochet along with a different pattern, however the tutorials, Q&A will be focused on the 6-Day Superstar only, and only crocheters who used the 6-Day Superstar Blanket patterns will be eligible for the giveaways.

Replays of the tutorials and livestreams will be available on Betty McKnit’s and Knitting Fever’s YouTube Channels, and in the 6-Day Superstar Crochet Along Community. The zoom calls will not be recorded and replays of zooms will not be made available.
